I've been a Yo Yo most of my life ! You know, Yo (weight up) Yo (weight down), and it's been a struggle to stay in the second Yo phase. Struggle is the operative word. But since I've discovered the Cinch program, it's been easy to do. As you noticed I did not say the naughty four letter word (DIET) because I don't consider this to be a diet, but a plan to lose inches and keep or gain muscle. Most diets are detrimental to your health in that they work on weight loss, and much of that weight loss comes from muscle loss. I don't know about you, but I can't afford to lose any more muscle!
I'm going to tell you about my friend, we'll call him Rod. Rod was an average guy, not too fat, and not too thin. But Rod was not satisfied being average. He decided he needed to lose some weight. He started the Cinch program on January 6, 2006 and this is his picture at that time. He tells me he chose to follow the 1800 calorie a day plan......He wasn't hungry (how could he be on 1800 calories a day)? By following the plan his grocery bill went way down which offset the cost of the Cinch products. His comment was that this was by far the easiest plan for losing weight and inches that he had ever used. Was it successful? Just look at the photos taken on March 6, 2006 to answer that question.
